The three-bedroom home is fully furnished and fully stocked — a complete household prepared before you arrive. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, small appliances, and staples. Bedrooms are made up with quality linens, and every living space is thoughtfully decorated for comfort.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home sleeps up to seven: a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It works well for families in temporary housing, colleagues sharing an assignment, or anyone who wants a real home rather than a room.
Privacy
The home is attached to a separate private residence. Each home has its own entrance, driveway, garage, kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. A connecting interior door remains locked from both sides at all times. There are no shared indoor living spaces.

Plus a $100 cleaning fee and applicable taxes. A $500 refundable security deposit applies. The monthly rate is our long-stay discount — stays of 30+ nights are billed at the monthly rate.
